Just to be technical, no, not the hard drive, NESs don't have hard drives.
But I get what you mean, and yes, the guts.

Remove the controller ports from the shell or the mobo?
Either way, I couldn't tell you.
Would he be wanting the controller ports?
If so that kinda makes me less inclined to get it, but I'm still undecided so I've just moved from one level of indecisiveness to another.
How do money orders even work?

All Jongamer gets is the Shell you get the ports. And Money order is all I can except right. Just send money to my address. XD

Guess that's logical enough, albeit quite low tech.
Could a check work?
Sending money through the mail seems risky too me.
Way too paranoid for my own good.

And about your controller port dilemma, my response to how to remove it:
Very carefully.
And if that fails Google it.

Well then, go back to very carefully.
Or ask on the NES board.

I know how (since it was my NES but I had no way to test it). Take off the black piece of plastic that goes around the ports. Unplug the ports from the main board, and they slide out the front of the case. I have no idea how I remembered that.

I took care of it myself but thanks anyway vskid. Ok I guess Jongamer doesn't want the case. I'm going to keep the case and bubbles PM me if you want the MOBO, if you don't jongamer wants the controller ports.
