1st (real) attempt at portable...

ok just to put u up to date: in the past i've posted up project IDEAS that i hoped would become real, but thanks to money problems and not much time to work with them, they became vaporware... but now i found the money and got the basic resources for my new project: BNp (BloodNess NOAC Portable)

all right, so i have :

Power Player don't-know-how-many-in-one , but its a super joy 3 so that helps.

Intec Screen Pad. i found a post in these forums that helped me understand the pinouts

Cables, soldering tool, Design and other necessary components!

ok so my first question, do i just unplugged (if it IS just plugged in) the connector on the daughter-board with the cables or is there another way to remove the cables?

2nd, do i need anything else on the pinouts of the actual ps2 controller? i dont think so but i just need to make sure.

3rd, would i just connect the Pink and White cables from the screen to the pins on the SJ3 so i can have audio and video? is it really that simple?

4th and final (for today), is there a way that i could connect everything in a mock-up kind of way, test the connections and see that everything is running smoothly, by this i mean could i just tape the cables to their corresponding destinations and then to the power?

oh and 1 more semi question, Will 4 AA power up the whole thing? i remind u that the lcd is not and will not be LED-modded as i do not have the experience to do it and the money to buy another screen in case of screw-ups.

well thats about it, i would appreciate every last bit of help and i have to remind you that this thread will be updated slowly, as i may log on to read the tips you guys give me and then dissapear without posting asmuch as id like to, but DONT let that stop you from offering ur help please.
