Can you convert a NES game/ROM to a homemade cart for GBC?

Sure, but not automatically, it'd basically be a handwritten recode of the game :P
So, I guess the answer would more accurately be no.

I know for a fact you could for GBA but not even sure you can emulate nes on GBC. :/
