I'm willing to pay to have someone do this, we can work something out I'll send the GBO and GBC

Something like this doesn't seem very hard. Even for a beginner. I don't see the point of paying someone for something that you would get more satisfaction by doing it yourself.

I'll give it a shot I guess, I just don't know about wiring, and in order to connect the buttons to on the GBO to the GBC board don't i need to desolder them and use a syringe?

Do you own a soldering iron and stuff?

nope, i have limited electronic experience, I have built PCs before but never soldered in my life. And i'm clueless as to what wire goes where and what wires to use to parallel setup the batteries and whatnot

He opens a GBC and I noticed the board is all one piece, won't this cause a problem with matching up the screen and button holes? If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please let me know

You'd have to rewire it, not sure what else can really be said.

Screen lining up doesn't really matter, there is a bit of slack in the ribbon for it so you should be able to move it a little. As long as the buttons are the same distance from each other, you shouldn't have to do much work.

Also, if I want to still use the GB battery LED and original powerswitch, how do i go about doing that so it works with the GBC board?
