I have forgotten bassicly every aspect of this movie but one peice really. There was a machine of some sorts that was about a foot tall. It was able to create rifts to other dimensions/times/places by using it. It created music. It has like 3 tiers and on each one had spinning crystals/blades. It had a hot tempured police guy who was balled and toted a shotgun. i can picture his face now, and he is/was semi famouse...if i could only remember his name i could find the movie..
its not a famouse movie. more cult/B film. But i know people have seen it
