Motherboard broken

Hi,

I was taking of the laser from my PSX (original) and now the connector for the motors of the laser is broken off, is there anyway to fix it?

Strip the wires and solder the connection? I dunno. Could you post a picture, I'm not familiar with the way it connects.

I have a good idea what he broke. But I need too see a picture of what happened to him to be sure.

Edit: I soldered the laser to te motherboard, but it still doesn't work. Maybe i can hook a battery up to the laser, should that work?
