Post by ghosstt »

Well, I've had this for a while, but never posted it. :P Its a really simple project that I suggest anyone with a wii should do. Its pretty self explanatory.

It basically kicks you right into the WFC for MarioKart, and lets you dload ghosts, enter tourney's, etc without actually booting the game.

Well, with going out and buying everything it took me about 2 hours. Actually working on it was only like 40 minutes. I didn't add the switch till a few weeks later, which took a whole 5 minutes.

Not as good looking as ghosstt's but I used NES game carts instead of Altoid cans, and my Sensor bar is a single unit, not 2 separate units, Kinda ghetto looking but isn't a lot what we do around here ghetto.

Yes I glued 2 NES carts together

should turn this into a post your own Wireless sensor bar thread. :P

I didn't want to make an entirely new thread to show my ghetto sensor bar, so thats why I posted it here.

I think I will go to that local game store and buy a couple more SMB/Duckhunt carts for a buck a peice and make another less crappy looking one.

This one I was just making up the design as I was going along, and I didn't expect the Battery holder not to fit, because when I first put it in and put the other half of the cart on to see if it would fit, it did, but not with the batteries in it >_< so I had to cut into the cart more so the top would fit back on.

Oh and I didn't use a dremel, I used a hacksaw

You know what, screw it, I'm gonna make my own thread.

So this basically starts the system for you. I would like to make one for my friend.
