What would be the best way to do this so that the resin is just as think as the LED and the LED is laying inside the resin?
I mean like really thin.
I am going to put a back light in a original GBA because Nintendo didn't.
Also what is the flattest LED I can get =D

look up in your phone book for plastic suppliers or something like that. Most of the time they have a scrap bin where you can get some acrylic for cheap.
