I need one. I'm not lazy, just..."Behind the times".
I'm powering an N64, and 15" LCD. I'd like a minimum of 10,000 mAh. No thicker than 3/4", and must fit in a 15" laptop case with the N64 motherboard, and a few other small "Odds and ends" I have loosely-planned. I guess LiPoly, or LiIon (I realize these aren't a perfect 12v. I much assume that they are good enough). More expensive, but I can't argue with stats. And for the hell of it, give me a comparison price for NiMH's of similar stats aswell.
All I'm asking for is an idea of what it'd cost to have this made for me. A little "Marketing Research", if you will.
EDIT:
More "Marketing Research", this time I need a Sony brand PSOne screen.

You could use 6 of these. You can stack two of them and they're around 3/4", other dimensions are on the page (use google to convert to inches if you need to). Gonna cost you at least $150, you'll need protection circuits for each cell and a smart charger. Will be well worth it in the end.

And if I were to pay you to do this? Cuz I'm not all to keen on working with explosives on my own unless...well...Its SUPPOSED to blow up. I'm good at making things blow up.

I'd have to look into it. I'd only charge you parts plus $10 or so. If there is someone with experience in making li-ion packs that'd be willing to do it, I'm fine with you going through them. Just tell me when you have the money for it and I'll tell you if I'm in or not.HBN wrote:vskid

So $150 + Protection PCB's + labor? Hell, I might as well pay you to buy the charger to make sure I get the right one on that too. Batteries make me nervous. Unless I know what I'm doing with them. And the only ones I have experience with are Lead-Acid and Nickel-Metal. Both of which were shot down by fellow Users of this forum.
