Batteries. No idea about them!

So what kind of battery will I need to run a YOBO nes and a 2.5"LCD?

Something thin to fit in the NES cart!

AAA's, AA's, and 9v's should fit. I can't say much about the run time, but they'd fit.

If the AAA's won't fit as well in your design, you could always use AAAA's. They are harder to find in stores, but they are a lot smaller.

It says somewhere in the stickies what the draw is on a PSOne screen. I'm using a Zenith brand screen, and the draw seems to be about the same. My NES is Hyperkin, not Yobo, but I'm able to run that and the screen off 7.2V RC car batteries. I don't know what my playing time's going to be yet, though.

PSone screen runs at .7 amps w.o LED mod, .3 amps with it. I'm pretty sure
