This is the way I'd go about it with my mom, but then again, after around 6-7 years of BS I don't leave many blanks to fill in with her.

If you want to get REAL mean, when your 18, you could sue her for the emotional distress caused by the whole deal.

Comments like that are the reason that parents can't (or won't) discipline their kids anymore.

One of my teacher in particular is anal about EVERYTHING, and one day I went off on her and dropped the F-bomb twice, and walked off to in school discipline, that was 2-3 weeks ago, now this week I JUST was told I have 2 detentions, and I fail to see why I should serve them if they are 2-3weeks old. Sadly I already signed the papers cuz either that or sit in ISD all day.

Black Six put it well. You were throwing around attitude and name-calling your first day here. You're in for a big surprise if you think your attitude is gonna get you very far in life. I shared classrooms with plenty of people like you, and now those same people are bagging my groceries and offering me chips with my sandwich.

Be civil and talk it out. Like Black Six said, there's a system in place for a reason. Talk to the teacher-in-question before or after class. If you get blown off, take it upstairs.

Nah, my folks were pretty fair with me when I was growing up. But, that was a different time.

Well i'll admit, I don't accually do this with my teachers often, maybe teice at most a year, and usually the punishments are pretty minimum, usually near the end of the year.

They just keep pushing my buttons, and I usually just take it and female of the dog species about the teacher just like everyone else does with this teacher particular teacher, but she just got me on a bad day for a stupid reason (The whole class is on computer) and before class, I sat down and opened up my e-mail (Which is ok since they gave every student their own school e-mail and have outlook on every computer) and the e-mail was pretty long because I was going to go hang out with this guy later that day, had to get his address and all that, the bell rang, no more than a min into clas she taps my shoulder and tells me to go into the hall, and I went off on her, because she said I was off task.

I wouldn't even care, if I was seriously your parent and you told me to "suck your ****" i'd still punish you or hit you. good old fashioned displine never hurt anyone.
