Hey everyone. It's been a while since I've posted here.
Anyway, I have a question. I have a relative who is not l337 w/ a soldering iron and knows nothing about electronics beyond "put the cd in and push buttons". He asked me if I would build him a portable, and that he would pay me for my work. As far as I know this is not illegal, and I have no plans to mass produce anything.

:?: :?: :?: So my question is whether or not it would be legal to modify consoles and sell them for profit, or if this is patent infringement. :?: :?: :?:

Keep in mind that I am not manufacturing any consoles, simply repackaging them. Is this illegal? Any comments/questions/answers are greatly appreciated. Go.

Well, Ben has sold his stuff without a problem. You may want to be careful of using their logo, though.

i dont really get what slash dotting is all i remeber is I couldnt access the forum and thought i had my sn revoked

they dont care if there stuff gets portibleised they dont go after modchip installers they wont go after this

though they do go after modchip developers now and again but thats a hole differint thing

ok so they jus posted it on slashdot and then a lot of people tried to access the sight so that used up all bens bandwidth
