My dad's friend had a dead ps2 slim so I'm trying to fix it for him. When I first got it the power button was hacked off, so I soldered that back on, hoping that was the only problem, but it also sports a disc read error.
Has anyone ever adjusted the pots on the slim? I didn't see anything of relevance but I don't really know where to look. Most information I can find is for the biggy ps2 so hopefully someone here will have some experience with these.
