how would i wire up a ps2 controler to a usb cable? is there any guides to do this?

you do realize you can buy an adapter box in the store or on ebay for this? you really don't need to tamper with the controller to make it USB for your PC.

Yea, I got an adapter from lik-sang before they closed. Works like a charm.

You can get one at Wally world that has 2 usb, 1 xbox, 1 ps2, and 1 gamecube port for either $15 or $20. I have one and it works great.

actually walmart has of which you speak. 2 usbs, 1 ps2, 1 gc, 1 xbox port. I own one. Works great. Also, its only $9.99 :D

I found something, but it uses a parallel port instead (the old printer port). You need some software and you need to build this. Then you should be good to go!
