Best...Day...EVER!! *with pics! 56k warning*

As some of you know...I've been making films for about two years. Luckily I got the chance to enter a film into the Ocean County Film Festival called "A Joyous Breakfast". I was notified that out of the 68 submitted films, I made the top 24 and my film was going to be screened. Yesterday was the screening and I won two awards! "Best Animation" and "People's Choice" (people's choice was selected by everyone voting for their favorite film).

I have never been so excited in my life...I spent a month filming A Joyous Breakfast and the hard work payed off. If you enjoy stop motions, this video will hopefully put a smile on your face too

Thanks! I have to send a DVD copy to two other people who are film buffs. Maybe this will help me get recognition hehe. If not, it will definitely look good for college purposes

Thanks guys! I will most likely submit another film next year..but I will have to compete against college kids. It should be interesting

Thanks! That was my second stop motion attempt..and it did better than I thought when I found out it got featured on the front page of Stage6. Sadly the website doesn't exist anymore

Were you the one that made a music video on the song "Mad World" by Gary Jules? I know someone on this forum did..if it was you..I liked it a lot!
