1/4 or 1/2 Watt... May have prob

Post by TreF »

So i go to radio shack and pick up all my resisters. I go home and put them into my left and right boards and realize i got some 1/4 watt and some 1/2 watt. I know that as long as you arent exceeding the power rating they will work together. My question is... Will the 1/4 watt burn up? Should i replace them with the 1/2 watt?

Also, i can't seem to find the t1, 3mm white LEDs at radio shack or on their website and do not want to use digikey.com. Is there anywhere else they may be available?

Thanks

I use 1/4 watt for just about everything. I assume this is for the LED mod to your screen or what?

Look on eBay for 3mm super bright LEDs - you can find some deals.
