Podcasting with WordPress...

Yo all. Now that I've got a site set up, I'd like to start a podcast of sorts for it. I've got the audio all edited and finalized, but I'm a total n00b with anything regarding XML/RSS, and have no clue how to take my podcast from this completed stage, put it on my site, and make it so people's RSS feeds can catch it. How is this done using WordPress? Also, how do I go about submitting my podcast to iTunes? I've found a few guides to this on the internet, but they went a bit over my head. Anyone think they can dumb down the process for me? :lol: Thanks!
