Which of the wires in the SG V2 power cord is ground and 10v

What the title asks.

I am trying to rig up a power cord for a Linksys 5-port switch (Lost the powercord for it), and that takes 7.5v and like 500ma, and I have a 7808 to take the voltage down.

EDIT: I figured it out, it is the white wire was 10v...... weird
