XBOX to Old Skool Contorllers

Long time reader first time poster. So after intensive research on how to get a retro pad for the XBOX emulators Ive found this:

Theretically it would be awesome to use this device and then get or make usb old school pads (NES, SNES, SEGA being the main three I would want) I know very little about boards and have novice sodering skillz. I could pull off the memory card mod easy. The question I have is the NES pads that are sold via ebay for plug and play with the computer would they work with this. SOme how I doubt it but you never know.

Problem is the pic he has for the XBOX fat boy sucks. I can handle everything else but can someone point e to where I would need to place the vga cords on the fatboy board.

Ive found a bit i just need a decent pic of the Fatboy or xbox s controllers to figure where i can connect the a, b start, select, d pad for nes then like the four and triggers. i know this is simple and has been done. Jeep made a sweet one on here but i couldnt find tutrial just pics of what i lust after

anyway any help is so greatly appricated
