WTT: Damaged PS2 slim (Details inside :P)

Ok, I have had enough of this Pstwo, I just don't have the patience to deal with it. The worm gear motor is shot because the worm gear won't spin physically (I can barely turn it with my fingers

and the motor makes a horrible clicking noise.

Besides that, the system works perfectly fine, laser is in perfect condition, It is missing all the laser mechanism screws but 1, and I don't have the screws or rubber pads for the bottom of the case, and the ribbon connector on the motherboard for the worm gear motor was soldered back to the board.

I have the Retail box for it and the Online Start-up Disc 4.0 and sleeve for it, and the Power and Video cords.

I was hoping to trade it all for a working Fat PS2 which are only worth like $30? and that cost around that same as a brand new PSTWO laser assembly.

Divineo sells replacements assemblies, but I don't have $30 on hand, and I don't feel like finding replacement screws, so I just want a working Fat PS2.
