Video Games Live and me being there

Post by cowsgoquack101 »

It was the coolest thing I've seen in a long while. It refueled my passion for gaming (which has been waning) and I got to see Tommy Talllarico who happens to be a sort of role model for me.

Any who anyone else go/want to/want to give me money?

Holy crap man! My brother was just there with his girlfriend today! Small world! :D

He actually left to go to it yesterday, all the way from where I live; Tennessee! 8) His girlfriend got them tickets... it was her Valentines Day gift to him. I'm SO jealous!

So what is this? An E3 like event?

My passion for gaming is quite stale too at the minute, I haven't found a new game yet that has made me like go "whoahhhh", probably due to the usual array of bull for the 360 we've got lately, and the fact that my my pc is damaged so i'm back to my PD and 7300LE -.-

Perhaps other things are slightly more important?

More important than orchestral and piano renditions of video game themes, many of them originally 8-bit? I think not.

Get off the internet.

Nah... just kidding... though I figured, being on these forums, you would have an appreciation for video game music. :?

I saw it last year, but Tommy Tallirico just pisses me off. I mean, I'm watching the Yale Symphony Orchestra in Wolsey Hall in New Haven, CT, and here's frikkin Tommy Tallirico looking like a total ass playing his guitar and I can't even hear him. He ruined the show for me. I mean, the show wasn't ruined, but whenever he came on.... Ughh.. man.
If you're looking at this post and it was made before 2008, just ignore it.
