What is the name of this song?

I don't have a file of the song, I only know what it sounds like. It can be heard in Warcraft 3 TFT's custom map "Poke the Angry Ogre", as well as Season 8 of South Park, Episode "Quest for Ratings" (View it at Allsp.com).

Does ANYONE know what it's called?

It's the theme song from the Benny Hill show. The version on that South Park episode is modified quite a bit, and the Warcraft one is a lot faster.

I know the song playing before you click the box at all is Du Hast by Rammstien.
