17 is a good age, no responsibilities and just too young to start a career; although being over 40 is far far better (I hated school).

18 here, just out of high school and University doesn't start until September. Looking for work now, but apart from that it's nice to have absolutely nothing to worry about for the time being. It's like retirement, I'm guessing.

17 just seems nice. It is higher than 16, where adults still sorta think of you as a kid, but below 18, where you legally become an adult. I like it.

I got a digital camera and NFS Pro Street for Wii. I didn't ask for a lot, because my parents paid for a lot of my trip to France in April. I had asked for the game for Christmas. They bought the camera for the France trip.

I agree. 17 is like the perfect age... I look very young too, people would easily believe i was 14, so i could get away with crimes pretty good if i practiced some fake crying :D

Happy birthday man! :P

Personally, though, I must fight against the age of 17. I'm 16 right now, and loathing the impending tragedy that is next year. 17 as an age might not be bad, but it's synonymous to me with my Junior year of high school; and no matter how many AP classes I try to get out of the way this year and last, it's still gonna be a tough year to hold my GPA above a 3.8  . I can't wait until I get accepted to a major university. Not even going there, just getting accepted. Then I can stop worrying so much!
