FS: Modded DS! N64 themed!

Any comments or suggestions? I joined because this seems like such a great forum! Hope you dont mind, im going to be asking a lot of questions for my in-progress N64p (who needs a DS when you have an N64p!)

Looks nice, BUT it looks like the paint is coming off on the sides of the buttons. Other than that, very nice.

Yeah, you should fix that.

If I were you I'd cancel the auction and fix it. It's really easy to do.
You see, buttons are made nice and smooth. Paint doesn't stick to them well at all. But if you give the buttons a quick sanding, even with really fine sandpaper, paint adheres much better. I would always sand something with 400-1200 grit sandpaper before painting.

Because peeling paint, especially in a custom-modded console, could deter many otherwise-likely buyers.

Thanks for the advice. I cant really pull the action, as 10 people have already bid. It is already at $102! (almost enough for a ds lite, hooray!) I wish i could find a copy of OoT....anyone wanna trade an n64 with games for a ps2 with games? Really!

I still suggest you repaint the buttons, it would add a lot to the system if the sides of the buttons weren't flaking off.
