Well, I'm german. We're FORCED to smoke and drink at the age of 8, and then at the age of 10 we finally get our permit.

And I did not just make that up.

Well anyway, happy birthday! I just bought my second saturn the other day, and today I bought NiGHTS and christmas NiGHTS!

Actually, as of December (Maybe January) 31st, Driver's Ed is mandatory, thus doesn't give you a decreased time to your G2 and possibly no insurance discount.

Heard that from my Driver's Ed teacher, I have not done any further research into the matter as it doesn't pertain to me.

Actually Kurt_, in Alberta drinking and smoking is 18. Learners driving permit is 16, and you can get you full drivers a year later.

Also, a point of note that sex is illegal at 14 in Canada, not 18. In fact a 18 year old can have sex with a 14 year old (with consent) legally, but a 19 year old can not (even with consent).

Drinking and smoking is also 18 in Manitoba. Alberta used to have the age for the learners permit 14!

My birthday is in 20 days! Road trip to alberta everyone!

I always assumed drinking and smoking was universal, like in the States (21 everywhere).

As for sex, what I meant was not the legal age of consent. At 18 you can legally buy from stag shops and marry and the likes.

Nope you have to be 18 in Spain if you want a permit, I am however allowed to drive a moped, smoke cigarettes, and grow up to 4 cannabis plats for personal use though this is all just by spanish constitution, I'm allowed none of those by my parents

Drinking: 18 (soon to be 21)

Personally, it wouldn't bother me if Smoking and Drinking we're banned alltogether.

) anyway I hear something about you can have a few small plants at your home, (maybe 4), so If you are going to try place a few at home you are welcome. Lol

anyway try hide them at least a little, Do not anounce them to your neihbours!
