The problem I am having with this thing is that one screw does not want to come out. I don't want to strip the screw either. Any advice on what should I do and If it is stripped any solution?

Drill it out.
Takes about 5 seconds using a drill bit slightly bigger than the head of the screw.

Did you read the part where he said "if it is stripped any solution" ?
Drill it out using a square drill bit, and use a square screwdriver!!!
Drilling it out, you won't be able to get the shaft out afterwards, unless you drill out the whole shaft with a smaller bit, and use a larger screw the next time around.
You guys know there are stripped screw removers that don't destroy the screw hole, right? They look like normal drill bits, except they're backwards and a bit more cone shaped. You use the remover bit by having it turn left/out, which causes it to bite, and then makes the screw turn.

First they are expensive and secondly they probably don't make them small enough.
And why would you want to reuse a striped screw?

Eh, my dad has some that my grandpa had, so I knew nothing of the price. If the screen is being used for a portable, you won't even need the original case/screw posts, so drilling will work.
