Well I originally got this phone because I wanted to send text messages to my family members because I was under the impression that we had free family texting. Turned out we didn't and I have been stuck with this phone. It is a good phone but annoying because the keylock thing (press OK 2 times) somehow manages to get done well the phone is in my pocket.


+It is locked to Verizon AFAIK.
+Like new condition, no scratches just some "dirt in the mic jack" is all.
+Battery in EXTREMELY good condition. I always wait till it turns off from low power before recharging it because that makes the bat last longer.
+You get original box, wall charger, instructions ect... ect...
+It still has some warranty left, but I do not have original receipt or anything so?
+Very good camera, all the pictures I ever posted were taken with it.

-The key lock will un-lock itself in your pocket and call people/start playing music/open the calender in your pocket. (Yeah it called my dad a few times and he is in the middle of my list of numbers)
-I can not take pictures of it because it is my camera!

So I just want to see if anybody is interested in it, I want to get just a flip phone so it will not hit keys well in my pocket.

Regardless, it will extend the life of LiON batteries to treat them as if they do. Even though it's next to harmless to charge them at any interval, discharging them does refresh them in many ways. and can extend what was once percieved as lost charge.

Man, there is a ton FUD about LiON batteries. If you want the longest battery life, you should do a deep cycle around every 30 discharges. They should ideally be kept at 40-60% charge most of the time.

Funny story though: The last phone I had (LG something-or-other) stopped holding a charge after ONLY like 4 months. I called VZ to complain about it and they told me to 'condition' the battery (run it completely dead until it shuts itself off, plug it in to charge, and unplug it as soon as it's fully charged).

It worked like a charm, the battery life was stellar after that.

That is called like calibrating the battery or something. I don't remember.

That is incorrect. It is best to constantly top them up and keep them around the 40% charged mark. Deep discharging over and over causes them to wear out faster.

The way I understand it, the only reason to deep discharge them is to reset the charge sensor. So its necessary for the device so it can see the real charge, but the battery itself doesn't care.

Case and point: my macbook. It's battery meter stayed at 0% for one hour before shutting off.
