Greatest movie ever
personally I love all of the Rambo movies, and I just saw the newest one last night. I thought it was awesome, (really bloody but didnt really matter)

anyone else here see it yet. Some crazy crap happens in this Rambo.

When Stallone speaks, you can just about make out what he is saying, but in action films it's all "uuurghh" every time he opens his mouth. It is difficult to understand "Urrghh urghhhhhhh arrghhhh uhhhhgh" all the time. Have you noticed in Rambo films (I haven't seen the latest one) that:

1.) he has lots of muscles but only uses them to hold weapons and not engaging in combat
2.) he magically produces lots of weapons in a film, in a deserted location, with no backpack or anything apart from a belt to hold anything (eg rocket launchers, large rifles, etc)
3.) never needs to reload weapons and never runs out, even with a short bullet belt
4.) on-one can hit anything apart from him (rarely) even with machine guns
5.) Urrrghh urghhhhhh arrghhhhh uggrrr" (fill in the gaps - anyone translate?)
6.) "only one who can do this mission and must come out of retirement to do it" (pah!).
7.) same crap as his others, only more explosions?
8.) isn't he a bit old now for this?

Anyone else got any better ones??

He was too old for Rocky Balboa, didn't stop me from watching it though.

He's definitely one of a kind, proven by the fact that two of his series lasted 30 years without himself being replaced. I mean, look at bond films.

That's the thing! It surprisingly isn't that cheesy!

Yea, this movie was pretty awesome. But there's that thing. Although the first 3 were all serious in their own part, they had some sort of 'humor' or like charm to them. But the new Rambo, it's just gritty, down and raw. It's a pretty dark film, but I mean, as a conclusion it was pretty awesome, and like in other theaters, the one I was in clapped at the end. Pretty sick movie.

In the previews he looks old and tired, like he needs to go lie down because the prop machine gun is too heavy and he's draining all his energy holding it up.

He's supposed to be. That's his character in this movie. Keep in mind that this takes place like 35 years after the original movies. Rambo is living in Thailand, and hasn't been home since he was drafted to 'Nam. This is much more of a movie than the previous 3.

The first three were all just, I like to kill. This one was,I like to kill insane amounts of people and be old.Great movie I loved it.It had over 230 deaths

It was a good movie but it was way to short. Like 90 minutes long.

And it was missing most of what made the first one good. Like all the booby traps.

And it catered to much to the American movie audience who just want a lot of killing and blood.

It could have been a LOT better, but it was good for the last Rambo.

I found out that he is turning 62 this year.
