What game is this? It looks like SSB: Melee, but I never remember bowzer being blue. haha. (Yet I havnt played SSBM in like a LONG time. Haha)

My god... Melee with Action Replay to enable Giga-bowser.
Action replay~Gameshark, for those who are completely oblivious to current times and/or retarted.
Valve is the best company.

Debug mode for SSBM is the best hack for any game. Well at least for Action replay, I had a good 5-10 hours added to the game just screwing around with debug mode.
