oh, that's just because A) I use it for filming skateboarding and didn't take it off and B) since it was all close shots its good to have that extra wide angle, it would've been tough with the standard lense.DK wrote:Talking about the fisheye lens? Think thats for effect. Liked it thoughKyo wrote:I enjoyed that. I mean, it really won't tell anyone from this forum much, but it was fun to watch, and I gotta ask, what's up with your camera?
In a related matter, thanks for the appreciation, nesforums.com just gave me crap because they are all hardass about only using real Nintendo products. I don't even want to think what NesDev would say about it, you mention Yobo and they want to hang you from a tree.

OP - I bet you got the FC Twin incompatibility list from Wikipedia, huh?
Just to let you know, you shouldn't take their word for it. I've got BatterUp and Mario RPG working just fine on my Twin - sometimes people just don't clean off the old pin connections on their carts, or something like that.
Nice vids btw.

could be dead batteries in the cartridge perhaps...also, supposedly these games can lose saves if you don't shutoff the console properly or some such (for instance, NES games recommend you hold reset when turning off the game).Valium wrote:That happens to me with my SNES.Turbo Tax 1.0 wrote: sz you really have had no problems with smrpg? good to know, I'll add that in my video info, thats why I left that provision in the video right before the credits, hopefully people will check. I also just found out TMNT III works at least on the FC Twin, and it was dirty as hell, I'm going to test it on my own regular FC tonight after I clean it. The incompatibility list just keeps getting shorter and shorterSZF2001 wrote:OP - I bet you got the FC Twin incompatibility list from Wikipedia, huh?

speaking of that, has anyone done an SNES battery change how to with pictures? I searched a while back out of curiousity and all the ones I found were text-only. Also, I've heard you can either solder in a new tabbed battery or electrical tape in a regular battery (safer and easier, but maybe less reliable). Here's an opportunity for someone itching to make a writeup and not having any ideasSZF2001 wrote:Yea, it works fine. Looks like you need to change a battery.Turbo Tax 1.0 wrote:enjoyed it, makes me want to buy a yoboeven though I already have an fctwin
