Could this be the company behind the FC Twin and the Gen X?

For those of you keeping track, Yobo "makes" the Yobo FC Game Console, which is actually a slightly modified version of the Gametech Neo Fami and is made by Gametech. However, if you peruse the Gametech website (in engrish, lol, its a japanese site), you will see nothing that looks like an FC Twin or Gen X, only the Neo Fami. So, where did they come from? I think this is the answer:

As you can see, aside from different names and Japanese cartridge slots, these systems are identical to the Gen X "made by" videogamecentral.com and the FC Twin "made by" Yobo. Can anyone confirm this is the manufacturer or at least the original designers? I'm willing to bet that since yobo and videogamecentral.com actually don't make crap for themselves that these systems were made and sold in Japan first, so to me this seems like the probable origin.
