Pandora's Battery Question

I think that I have successfully created a Pandora's Battery, because the PSP starts automatically when the battery is inserted. But after going through the installer for the Magic Memory Stick, nothing happens. I stick the battery in, the power light turns on, and thats it. What's wrong, or what can i fix?

it must be the memory stick. reformat and do the installer again.
