Edimensional 5.1 headphones not detected...

I have just gotten the Ben Heck 5.1 AUdio FX USB headphones from edimensional and cant get them to work. I am plugging them into fully functional USB 2.0 ports on XP SP2, and i cannot find them in my Device Manager.
Power does go through them into the inline control, btw.
Anyone know what might be wrong here?

Try another pc? They migth just be broken. Contact edimensional.....
