Good Wii Multiplayer Games

Post by Kurt_ »

Well, New Years is coming up, and it's party planning time. This year it's probably with mostly girls, and 2-4 guys, including myself.

What games would be good to play? Easy to learn, fun to play.

Well of course there's Wii Sports.

I've heard mario party is good. Guitar Hero's fun to play.

BTW, does anybody know if you can buy just the Guitar for Wii?

eBay, maybe. I don't think they sell them separately, although multiplayer suggests otherwise.

They do not sell them alone YET.

Multiplayer? :D

-WarioWare **Great multiplayer game, fast paced, you have to pass the wiimote around.**

-WiiSports **Self Explanatory**

-RedSteel **Once everyone learns the controls, this is one hella fun experience**

-Guitar Hero III **No doubt about it, one of the most fun multiplayer games. Fast paced, loads of songs, 4 different multiplayer modes**

Mario Strikers Charged is a blast to play, need a nunchuk attachment for each player though.

I got it as an X-mas gift. There are a total of 9 little mini games. The best being 9 ball pool, Tanks, Air Hockey (neon style), and Cow Racing. They do get pretty hectic on the really high levels (i got to level 35 on Find Mii, and i gave up, was bored with only one person). But the 2nd controller is great, and im sure it would be real fun with more people.

Well it's only two player...

But if your playing one player Shooting Range, grab a second remote and push fire.

Do it. Now.
Unless you already did...

No, came out in January. Where have you been, Kurt? Get WarioWare, supports 16 people in some modes, so it's a blast.

Mario and Sonic at the Olympics is good too :)

Just scary seeing those 2 characters together at last
It's really easy to pick up too. My second time ever playing a Wii I beat Wii owners on the 100m using Bowser  And broke the in game record for Hammer Throw.

Well I went on IGN and saw no Score out of 10 and a release of January, so I assumed it was the coming one.

So, for a bunch of A.D.D. kids, (we have PS2 guitar hero, too), how many games should I get? (Methinks 2)

Right now I'm thinking a racing game, most definitely. And one with a bunch of equally A.D.D. mini-games. At first, I figured Mario Party 8 would have a bunch of those, and I could download a save file onto an SD card to play just those. How does Wario-Ware 4 player compare to MP8?

And a good racing game?
