Experts? Datel MAXPOWER LB 1000. PandoraFAQ confims but how?

Post by 4ppleseed »

Hi chaps, you seem a pretty smart bunch :)

In the Pandora FAQ it says...
New List Of working Battery's.

Compatible:
- Sony PSP-100, 1800mAh, 3.6v - Normally bundled with PSPs.
- Sony PSP-280, 2200mAh, 3.6v.-Mostly found at Wal-Mart
- Datel Go Max GM100, Reusable Battery Pack. USes 3xAAA batteries. The serial resets itself to zeroes once the bateries are removed.
- Datel X2, 3600maH
- Datel MAX Power, 1800maH, 3.6v (Two models, Black [Model No LB1000] and Silver)
So I bought one, opened it up and now haven't got a clue which leg to modify. Here is a photo of the inside:

LINK TO HIRES PHOTO <-click the photo for zoom, where you can see the writing on the chips.

Anyone willing to make an educated guess as to what I should be modifying? Will be very appreciated 8)

Many thanks,
4ppleseed.

UPDATE:
I took a guess and tried to mod my Datel battery, it still works but won't kick into service mode.

So I modded my original slim battery and am now the proud owner of custom firmware :)

Just need to find somewhere to buy a new battery now lol
