PSP-S110 Battery -> Pandora (Help)

Post by Perfect_Form »

Hello, I ordered a couple Chinese PSP-S110 batteries, because they were cheaper, and I'm having trouble turning one into a Pandora Battery. I don't know much about circuitry, but I think I found the EEPROM. I just don't know which pin is the ground. Or maybe the battery is Pandora proof?

Is this the EEPROM?

If you remove the EEPROM completely, it should return the required serial to the PSP.

I was hoping for a less permanent solution, or at least one that doesn't require me to have a soldering iron. Anyway to tell which pin is the ground? If all else fails, I'll try your suggestion.

Thanks,
