close, but there are a few things that may screw it up. Try this.
It'll start as C:\ Windows> and have a flashing cursor. If it is in a different directory, that's fine. Type cd and press enter. Type format C: and press enter. After that it's like how Jack said it.
Edit: 133MHz? That may not be fast enough for a GUI, (windows look instead of a command prompt) even though it does depend quite a bit on RAM. With only 133MHz, I doubt it has enough

I think he meant DOS prompt. Just click on MSDOS under the program menu

you must reboot the machine in dos mode. Windows will not let you format the drive when it's running.

you may need to be in true DOS mode. press start -> shut down -> restart in MS-DOS mode

ok, try this: reboot, and just before you get the Windows splash screen (the blue windows logo) press ?, and that includes the shift. That should take you to the command prompt. Like I said, don't expect terrific results with a computer like that. Otherwise, there is a pretty good chance it will format when you install it. Also, I'd have the Windows disc, just in case you want to go back.
