Gotta send it in. Anyone has had any experience with this?

edit: did not snap in half, theres just a crack in the middle.

It's in one of those craptacular cases with no press to release...........that's why it cracked.

Or when they have the depressions where you could put your fingertips around the disc, but NO, theres a frikin piece of plastic there, so you have to almost turn the case over to make the disc come out. I also hate those lock things that keep the case closed, I've almost ripped a few cases in half trying to open them, then I realize its locked. Why would you need to lock a DVD case? :roll:
