NEED HELP WITH ATARI FLASHBACK 2 SWITCH

Ok I have the Rev B board Please can someone tell me where to attach the wires for the dpdt switch. i know that there is two wires off the J3 and J9 jumpers, but where do they go to on the switch? or just explain this circuit to me.

I've sent you the A/V modded 4x4 original ATARI 2600 motherboard. Did you decide not to use it? It should arrive in 12-15 days.

I'm still using it. That is for my atari portable. i am just needing help with the atari flashback 2 cart mod. I just don't understand how to wire in this DPDT switch. can you help?
