How loud will these get?

if i were to get a few of those (2 probably), and put a source (probably my ipod) to them, how loud do you think they would get? Loud enough for a few people sitting around a table to listen to while talking?

According to the reviews, they aren't very good. If you want that much sound, you'll need an amp and bigger speakers. Without an amp, you might as well just plug in headphones and turn the volume all the way up.

You could buy a very cheap pair of small computer speakers with amp powered by batteries (I have a couple of these), open it apart, remove the speakers and replace with these. You could use the speakers you mention in a portable project if connected to a PSone screen as the system has built-in amplifiers (I use 55mm cones in my projects, sound it great).
