just the plain old xbox i really need one cheap for my brother for christmas and i cant find them anywhere I need one prefferbly under $75 shipped if thats possible

Try Gamestop, they have them for $80 which is not much more than what your asking, plus you get a controller and all the hookups.

There is NOTHING wrong with Refurbs, I accually consider them better than used.
