Valium: $30 plus shipping, but hold off for nightwheel's response.

kylechu: Zip codes don't matter, only states. But I couldn't see shipping being more than $7 if you're ok with a bubble envelope and cardboard/ziplock bags with air for extra cushioning for packaging. Shipping the screen I might opt for a box with proper packing, which might be a little more, but still, it'll be under $10.
