Can I remove this capacitor? (Zenith screen question)

This capacitor is in the way on my 5" LCD Zenith Screen. I haven't seen this on other PSOne screens, will it affect anything if I remove it?

thats just a bypass filter cap. You can remove it, it was only added to decrease the 5v power supply ripple which wasn't noticeable to begin with.
