I need someone to talk to. *sigh*

I got expelled from my school today. I missed a total of 5 days this year.

1 day was medical
1 day was a snow day (no busses),
1 day was because, there was a trip and I didnt get a form in.

The other 2 days, I skipped. (One day because, of problems in my family. and I just couldnt function.)

After since my girlfreind who I dated for 3 years left me, my life has been going downhill. I cant function, and Im failing a class, and other classes have bad marks.

I loved here dearly, and I just cant get it through my head, that were over. Its effecting me so much.

My parents are pissed at me. My mom may be able to get me back into school, if she like begs the principal or something (The principal is phoning later... hopefully.)

I dont know if this is all some story, as my mom can get mad sometimes and make up crap, and then tell my dad and he will beleive it.

I dont know...

I need some help on this all.
My parents are telling me, if I dont get accepted back in that I am going to get kicked out this saturday. And now, theyre calling me a homeless bum, and a slacker, and other putdowns that I would not like to mention.

I feel depressed. Im not usually like this. It feels like my whole life has hit a dead end. Im 16 years old, and I dont have a diploma.

I just need someone to kinda talk to me. Im sad, and I dont know whats gonna happen.

Please don't lock this thread, and please no sarcastic remarks or anything of the sort.

So you missed 2, maybe 3 days. That's not too bad.

What else did you do? They couldn't have expelled you just for missing a couple days (unless they were really important testing days or something).

Plus, I've only been to the office once, and thats for having a mp3 player on in class. :S

EDIT: Ive done nothing. Ive been to the office twice actually. Once for mp3 player, and once for "writing" on a desk. (Funny thing was, my pencil had no lead in it. So How could I be writing?)

I'm a good kid. I get my work done. Im just failing law, and thats because its hard, and I try a lot. (I have a 48.)

Plus, theres people who get into fights, skip way more then me, do drugs on property, break crap. And they havnt got expelled yet. Like what the hell is this?

Sometimes my mom makes up stuff, and gets my dad to beleive it when shes really mad at me. I dont know if shes lying this time. As it all seems legit. I dont know.

Holy smokes dude, that ain't too good.

I felt like you back in January, started drinking way too much and my grades went crappy for a while. Fortunately I had a really good mate to fall back on for support, always has a knack of cheering me up.

And anyway, isn't it sorta illegal to chuck a 16 year old out the house?? If so tell your folks, I'm sure they're law obiding citizens. I've had that threat as well but my parents just said it because they were angry, wait til they chill out and they'll see sense.

I highly doubt you'll get expelled for just that. Is there something you're not telling us? Drugs? Alcohol? Fights? Bombs? Guns? Anything expel-worthy?

It's not like you can't get into another school system and the likes.

As for the girlfriend, get over it. I got dumped too, 6 or 7 weeks ago. Sure, it's painful and the likes, but you'll have to get over it. It sounds cliche, but it's true. My advice: Be good friends with her. If she loves you she'll come back. But you got to let go or you'll just screw things up more. Unless she completely dumped you and stopped talking to you, in which case you should realize that she really would not make a good wife at all, and it's better that it happened now then when you have kids to fight over. You can't do things right on your first try every time. Learn from the experience and improve yourself from it. I am not saying don't cry, or don't be sad. A period of mourning and sadness is almost required. Get all your crap out now so you won't become a creepy stalker guy with her in the future.

The school has no grounds for expulsion as far as I can see be a real sarcastic poop egress and read through all the rules and regulations. Seriously I go through school being a total poop egress to the headmaster or whatever his title is and say what I feel like to the man and I just keep it professional and have yet to get in trouble. When you got your mp3 taken away did you female of the dog species about it? That can really leave an impression, if you just said sorry and handed over the thing that should be fine. Are you at a private school or public?

God I'm sorry to hear that man. Just as a note, don't do anything stupid like do drugs and drink. That will send you down a path you won't want to have.

Just remember the good times with your girlfriend. Besides if she was that much of a (bad word) then she doesn't deserve you anyhow.

Get better man, we're here for you (in the sense that we're here for emotional support).

legally your parents dont have a foot to stand on as far as kicking you out is concerned, if they do you can call child protective services or something like that. i dont really know a whole lot about that tho but it is not legal for parents to kick out a minor child. as to the other stuff you will just have to deal with it, school sucks and in all honesty it doesnt matter much unless your planing on getting a bunch of scholarships or whatever asn as to the girlfriend thing goes, you will get over it

I got this settled. Funny story actually. They had me confused with someone else, I guess. :S

My mom got a phone from the principal, and found out there was a "mistake".

That kinda pissed me off, I guess you guys can close this thread. Or leave it open incase someone else has a similar problem or family issue or something?

No, your problem is the attitude of your parents, they need to be supportive, not making "homeless bum" comments and threatening to kick you out. They are your issue. Confront them, have confidence, make them understand they are crap parents and unsupportive and if they continue to treat you like they are then you will be a bum, if they support you you will improve with confidence. There is no reason for you to end up saying at work "do you want fries with that". Your family suck; they need to understand that and be better parents to you.
