Messing around with it on the piano (I don't think many others were too happy about so many loudly played wrong notes...) I discovered it uses the same scale as Magmoor Cavern, the NES Metroid Introduction, and probably several other Metroid songs. Playing them together sounded pretty good, and so begins my quest to make a Metroid remix. There just aren't as many Metroid fans out there as there are Zelda or Mario...how sad.
As I hate using drag-and-drop note programs (I will if I MUST translate everything I play on the piano that way), I was hoping there was an easier alternative. Is there something? What would be absolutely PERFECT is a program where I can play music into a microphone or line in, and the program takes that sound and turns it into notes. My playing isn't exactly top notch, so there is bound to be plenty of errors that need fixing.
Also, I will probably need help with adding drums and additional sound effects. Is anyone willing if I need some help?
