New Hardware installation error message

Post by Jongamer »

Ok, I have finally dug out my Action Replay Duo for GBA/DS and after installing the software, I plug it into my computer's usb port, it says new hardware found, ok I hit yes to everything, then it searches for the driver, it finds it and then says "An error has occured during the Instalation"

Error description says that it can't find the specified driver, ok, so I refer to the Help file for the Action Replay max Duo, says to manually show windows where the drivers are, which are in the root of the install CD, I click ok.

Finds it, BAM! Error has occured Could'nt find the specified file.

Anyone know why the hell why windows hates me?

I tried about every possible way to install the driver, is there a way to manually go into the files and Manually install the drive without the help of windows?

Why don't you install the software for it that comes on the disk? Generally it installs drivers automatically.

I did, but we all know Datel are nothing but a bunch of lazy bastards that steal other peoples work and sell it for profit.

I did EXACTLY what it said in the help files and nothing has worked.

Ok Nevermind about this driver installation thing, on the computer I don't get to use much, the AR Duo works on that though so, I am just gonna back my save off the AR and just use Reinmoon on my Max Media dock.
