there is a stage called pictochat from the DS that looks pretty cool.

Samurai Goroh makes his gameplay debut as a computer-controlled Assist character in Brawl as one of the many secondary Nintendo characters that can appear from the Assist Trophy item in battle. Just like Pokemon released from Poke ball items, Goroh can appear when an Assist Trophy is used. He will use his katana to slash at opponent targets.

It could be him and his stage. As of yet, falcon isn't officially a character...

I wonder if smashbros.com will reveal unlockable characters???

I'm sure it will, but I can promise you $2000 if C. Falcon isn't in Brawl.

I was positive in an interview he said that hidden characters would not be revealed on the site.

I heard that, too, not sure where though...

Anyways, it looks like Krystal from Star Fox is gonna be in it in some form or another; her voice actress, evidently, posted doing Krystal's voice in Brawl in her resume for a couple days. Nintendo of course came down on her and made her take it down, but the question remains, will she be a playable character or an assist character?

Oh, and by the way, I'm still waiting for Megaman/X/Zero...

I say CFalc is in brawl. He's a good character to keep. Why wouldn't they keep him?

As for megaman, he'll be in it for sure, perhaps as an unlockable character. Megaman has been one of the vastly overlooked Nintendo characters in Super Smash Bros. and other All-Stars games.

...but he's not a Nintendo character, he's as much a Nintendo character as Sonic.

Megaman, Megaman X, Zero, Protoman, and the whole game are property of Capcom.

How could a character with so many versatile abilities no fit in smash bros.?

Megaman is like a fusion of Kirby and Samus, how does any part of that not sound awesome?

I still doubt he'd match the game well. What could he use as his A attacks? Megaman doesn't punch, doesn't kick, what does he have?

Megaman can punch. Just because he doesn't in his games doesn't mean he can't. Samus, Marth, Roy, Kirby, Pikachu, Ganondorf (Maybe), Link, etc. don't punch in their games, either.
