PSP 3.03 OE-C Downgrade to 1.5 help

Hey guys, I'm running 3.03 OE-C on my psp. I have a few problems .

I cannot seem to run some ISO/CSO images on this firmware.
When I try to run cso's of : Brave Story: New World, I keep getting an error that says "The game cannot be started (80020148)".

This CSO image works on other peoples PSP's, but not mine. So I think its the firmware I'm running. (Also, other CSO images, work on my psp. So I'm adding the CSO's right.).

Can anyone give me a link to a website that has a 1.5 downgrader for 3.03 OE-C?

Also, then can someone link me to a website that has a upgrader to 3.71 m33?

I'm hoping this game will work using 3.81 M33.

you know just google it, place the files in the game150 folder

You can upgrade directly from any OE Firmware to the 3.52 M33-4

and then go from there to the 3.71 M33

I dont have a game 150 folder. I just have a GAME , Common, Music, photo, save data, system.

No game150.

And in the main directory (like when you click on removable disc)

I have:
ISO Split, ISO, ISO Misc, Music, Picture, Video, MP Root, and a netconfig.bak

Thats why you have to MAKE a game150 folder.

There's all the info you could ever need for what you're trying to do over at http://forums.qj.net. However, you don't need to downgrade to 1.50 before upgrading to 3.71 M33. You can go straight there from 3.03OE-C.

On mine, its the Psp folder. It just has to go wherever the Game folder is.
