Holy crap, I just found out about this game and I have decided I must own it (look it up on wikipedia or youtube if you want to know what I'm talking about). Apparently, only PAL and Japanese NTSC versions were released, so, what exactly does it take to get a PS2 to play PAL or J NTSC PS1 games? I don't have a PS1 (though I can get one for $20 used at my local play n trade) so it would be best if this could be done to a PS2. I'm hoping I won't need a modchip, but that may be the case. Anyone know?

I'm pretty sure a SwapMagic will allow you to play imports on your PS2. But if you really want to be sure, you could always just buy an old PS1 and chip that, as it guarantees it'll work, and chips for PS1's are easy to get and very cheap.

Might not work with a chipped PS! if your PS1 is american. That game is weird as it loads the game completely onto the PS1's RAM so you can put your music CD in. Also it won't work on the PSP

well, are any of the PSX emulators good enough that I could buy it and play it on a PC? I have a USB PSX clone controller for my computer anyway so it would be good enough for me (and a lot easier than messing with modchips).

Most of the mainstream ones are fullspeed, if they're configured right. So yeah. :P
