Resolution

Do you think this screen has a good resolution for using in a portable? I think the resolution is the same as Casio EV-680 pocket Tv. Any ideas?

0.3 Megapixels is roughly VGA/NTSC resolution.
However, the 3-inch size is not v3ry much I think. (wow... the 3 was an accident, not leet... 3 and e are too close). It's the same size as a single DS screen... Are you sure that's enough for your portable? Most people use 5"-7" PSOne screens.

For an older system (SNES and older), the screen size won't be much of an issue. The graphics and resolution are so low that it'll be just like playing a Game Boy, which looks good because the details aren't impossible to see on that small of a screen, because there are no details.

Although I have 9 PSone screens, I want to use this screen for my ps2 project since it'll be lighter. I know its size but I'm not sure about the resolution. I have recently bought one and I'll receive it soon, I think. Is this resolution the same as Casio EV-680 pocket tv? If it is, than that will be fine for em because when my PSOne worked with my EV-680 pocket Tv, the resolution of my tv was very satisfaying. I just wonder if the resolution of the screen is the same as Casio EV-680 or not?

wow that is funny, look at one of the pictures in big form and the image is so obviously photochopped in. at the bottom it is very obvious.

If only we could get digital output that copmletely matched the resolution of the original device, AKA 256x224. On anything else, it appears fuzzy.

JK, any idea who used it? I'm interested in this screen as well, and I'm just curious about the size of the board + screen, plus which encoder it uses.

E-bay but I got them seperately; one-by-one. Some of them even came with a PSOne console and accesories.
